Contact us today to sign up for a free Intro class. Renzo Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Stamford offers Intro classes Monday through Friday at 12 noon and 6pm. Each Intro class is 30 minutes.
This class serves as a preparatory class to those of you interested in enrolling at the academy and training at least twice per week in our fundamentals program.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time with athletic wear - shorts or sweatpants and a shirt.
