Today is the Renzo Gracie Invitational. Good Luck to all of the competitors, especially those from Renzo Gracie Academy Stamford - Nate Spilka, Nick Coletti, Christopher Cafagna, Joseph Collura, Kenny Murray, Daniel Salvador. Here is a list of all of the competitors. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu!!!!!

Well, the kids proved to be tough competitors for Daniel. "I'm sweating more than when I roll with the guys!", said Daniel. Today's class saw Hunter and Bayler, Jaxon and Jagger, Chandar, Austin Lee, Amari, Luke and Jack, with Kali, Kaira and Joshua rounding out the little ones - this class was TOTALLY GREAT! We had a lot of fun and learned a few nice positions. See everybody on the mats Monday!

It was another great training. The afternoon class saw a student of Daniel's from Costa Rica, two students from RGA Stamford and two students from Mark Cerrone's academy. Jessie, Terin and Steve were getting ready for the Renzo Gracie Invitational. Sean was rolling tough. Arturo was improving his game. Great to see everyone on the mats!

Thanks to Mark Cerrone of Renzo Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy in West Haven for coming to today's 12:30 class with three of his students. The training was great as we drilled positions in preparation for the Renzo Gracie Invitational this Saturday at Hunter College. Good Luck to everybody!

You asked for the schedule, we made it happen. The morning classes, taught by Daniel and Gino, are now for all Belts. Come every morning at 7:30 to train.

It was a full day at RGA Stamford. The class schedule has begun and the classes were all packed today. Even the kids class!

A very Happy Father's Day to everybody. The weather was great (except for that little storm) and what made the day even better was Brasil's Win over Cote D'Ivoire today. See you on the mats tomorrow. Remember, the new schedule begins at 7:30am!
